Touch of Home Systems is company focused on nuturing the communication process between direct staff and office staff.
Every system and training we design and implement is focused on helping your agency understand the importance of communication and by doing so we develop a connection with everyone we teach.
By making that connection we have realized there are many people trying caregiving for the first time.
"The industry is growing rapidly so I can always get a job. It is something different to try. It is a stepping stone to something new."
But caregiving isn't easy. Caring for a person that is sick, in pain or confused without a roadmap is a challenge.
Everyone at Touch of Home Systems is from the homecare world. Many of us facilitate support groups and teach classes in our local churches and schools. Our outreach is within the family homecare world as well as professional.
We have our stories and we know you do too.
We want to hear them, better yet, we want to Share them. We want to share them with new caregivers and family caregivers.

Our services include:
- Live Document Link. Forever access to agency, client, and caregiver documents. Every document is highlighted for you to make it agency and state specific. PLUS, they come with videos to explain what, when, and why to use them.
- Agency Class System. We offer agency training "virtually with a human touch". This is a four week virtual program with human interaction once a week to discuss the material. This class was developed by agency owners that WISHED they knew this material when starting out.
- Coaching. We offer both group and personal coaching packages
- Licensure. Need a state license? We got you there too.
